Douglas Moylan

Douglas Moylan is the 6th Attorney General of Guam, first elected to the territory’s top legal office in 2003 as the 1st Attorney General of Guam, and returned for a second non-consecutive term beginning in January 2023, after defeating the incumbent. Between his terms as Attorney General, Douglas served as a member of the Guam Election Commission Board (2011–2018).
