Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA)

Overview

The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) is soliciting proposals from qualified digital fundraising vendors to support our mission to elect and reelect Republican attorneys general and defend the rule of law. RAGA seeks a strategic partner capable of building and executing a high-performing digital fundraising program tailored to a competitive national political landscape.


Vendor Expectations

RAGA expects its digital fundraising vendor to:

    1. Communicate proactively with RAGA staff and provide strategic guidance aligned with organizational priorities.
    2. Operate transparently, including sharing data and performance metrics.
    3. Make data-informed decisions to optimize fundraising outcomes.
    4. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital fundraising plan tied to political strategy, policy wins, and compliance requirements.
    5. Draft, design, and deploy regular fundraising emails, manage list segmentation, and maintain list health.
    6. Manage digital fundraising campaigns across major platforms, including Meta, Google, and X, as well as additional emerging opportunities.
    7. Meet regularly with RAGA staff and provide consistent reporting, including weekly updates and detailed monthly performance reports.

Submission Request

Please Provide:

  1. A detailed fundraising plan, including list growth and revenue.
  2. A transparent payment structure, including retainers, commissions, fees for list rentals, artwork/creative costs, strategic fees, and any potential costs.

Questionnaire

Please complete the following questionnaire as part of your proposal:

  1. Personnel
    • Provide the names and biographies of principals and/or account representatives who will manage the RAGA account.
  2. 2026 Engagements
    • For the 2026 cycle, which races for Attorney General are you currently engaged (primary or general) and for whom?
    • Include AG races and other statewide races where AGs are running.
  3. Past AG Experience
    • List any past work your firm has done for AG candidates or current attorneys general.
  4. Committee-Level Experience
    • Have you previously managed digital fundraising for national or statewide political committees?
  5. List Development Opportunities
    • Do you have relationships with national figures who could sign RAGA emails or who are willing to engage in list swaps?
  6. Turnaround Time
    • In the event of breaking news, what is your typical turnaround time for drafting and deploying an email (assuming immediate approval)?
  7. Creative Sample
    • Provide a draft fundraising email concept tailored to RAGA.
