Position Title: Executive Assistant to the Executive Director

Position Summary
The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) seeks a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This D.C.-based role focuses heavily on scheduling, coordination, and execution of the Executive Director’s calendar. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Executive Director’s complex daily and long-term schedule

Coordinate meetings, travel, and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared

Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders

Draft correspondence, track follow-ups, and maintain confidentiality at all times

Support special projects and organizational priorities as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.

Experience in political, campaign, governmental, or executive office settings preferred.
