RAGA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance team member to support our fundraising staff in promoting the election of Republican attorneys general. The ideal candidate will assist staff in donor research, outreach, managing donor databases, and engaging with stakeholders to advance RAGA’s mission.
This is an entry-level job and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in political fundraising with a dedicated team and in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff in researching potential donors and partners, expanding RAGA’s donor network, and maintaining various donor databases.
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining donor relationships and conducting outreach via email.
- Assist staff in drafting briefing materials.
- Coordinate with team members to develop and prepare for fundraising events.
- Conduct research on policy issues, political developments, and events relevant to current and potential donors.
- Provide administrative support, such as managing email correspondence, updating donor databases, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Public Relations, Government, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in government or a political campaign/organization (internships may count toward experience).
- Previous fundraising experience can be political and/or philanthropic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current political landscape, conservative principles, and issues facing state attorneys general.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for advancing Republican values and a commitment to RAGA’s mission.
