WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) today showcased a new ad from its affiliated group, Safer Ohio Fund, highlighting Keith Faber’s record of fighting fraud, catching criminals, and protecting Ohio taxpayers.
“Keith Faber has spent his career looking out for Ohio taxpayers, while John Kulewicz has made a career representing big corporations and powerful interests,” said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper. “Ohioans deserve an Attorney General who has actually taken on fraud, corruption, and criminals — and Keith Faber has the record to prove he will do exactly that.”
The new ad, “Not On His Watch,” highlights Faber’s record as Ohio State Auditor, where he exposed $6.9 billion in pandemic fraud, won more than 150 convictions, and recovered more than $28 million for Ohio taxpayers. Its message is simple: when crooks steal from Ohio, Keith Faber makes them pay.
Faber’s record stands in stark contrast to his opponent. While Faber has spent his time in public service rooting out fraud and holding wrongdoers accountable, Kulewicz built his legal career representing major corporations and powerful interests. Ohio voters will have a clear choice between a proven watchdog for taxpayers and a corporate lawyer who has spent his career representing some of the country’s most powerful interests.
As Attorney General, Keith Faber will put public safety first, stand with law enforcement, crack down on drugs and human trafficking, protect Ohio consumers from fraud and scams, and defend Ohio’s Constitution.
The ad is part of RAGA’s nearly $7 million political spend across 13 states in August, launching an aggressive early offensive to defend Republican attorneys general and flip Democrat-held offices across the country.
The initial spend is phase one of RAGA’s fall campaign and includes a mix of digital and television advertising.
The spend supports Republican AGs in Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Florida, and Texas, as well as AG nominees in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Wisconsin.
