“Michael Allen is the proven, results-driven prosecutor Colorado needs as its next Attorney General. Jena Griswold is among the most radical and least qualified candidates in the country. This race embodies the choice between proven experience and extreme ideology,” said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper.
Michael Allen brings more than 20 years of prosecutorial experience to the race for Colorado Attorney General. First elected District Attorney in 2020 and re-elected in 2024, Allen created an Organized Crime Unit and has prosecuted more fentanyl death cases than any other Colorado District Attorney.
By contrast, Jena Griswold’s legal credentials have come under serious scrutiny. Griswold claimed she “argued at the United States Supreme Court,” but she was not admitted to the Supreme Court Bar and did not argue the case before the justices. Her own campaign acknowledged that she worked on strategy and tactics for the case.
This ad comes from RAGA’s nearly $7 million political spend across 13 states, launching an aggressive early offensive barrage to defend Republican attorneys general and flip Democrat-held offices across the country.
The initial spend is phase one of RAGA’s fall campaign and began immediately with a mix of digital and television advertising.
The spend supports Republican AGs in Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and AG nominees in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Wisconsin.
