The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) raked in more than $5.3 million in the second quarter of 2021, comprising the months of April, May, and June. RAGA’s fundraising total for the second quarter of 2021 is more than its total for any second quarter in the organization’s history.

Republican attorneys general are rigorously defending the Constitution and have waged an unprecedented legal battle against the Biden Administration’s radical agenda. This fight against the progressive agenda being pushed by Democrats in Washington is winning support from Americans across the country in record numbers.

“Never has there been a more crucial time in our nation’s history to fight back against the expansion of the federal government’s overreach” said RAGA Chairman South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. “Republican attorneys general are united in the common defense of federalism, the Constitution, and the rule of law, and will continue the fight at any cost.”

Last week, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich successfully stood up for election integrity at the United States Supreme Court and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost successfully challenged the Biden Administration’s ban on tax cuts, which was included in the most recent COVID-19 stimulus plan. Last month, Republican Attorney General Jeff Landry of Louisiana was granted a preliminary injunction that prevents the federal government from implementing the Biden ban on oil and gas lease sales on federal lands. Republican attorneys general have also been leading the fight against illegal immigration, the implementation of radical political agendas in schools, and attempts by Congress to federalize state election laws and procedures.

“Republican attorneys general have been the tip of the spear in pushing back against the Biden Administration’s lawless actions,” said RAGA Executive Director Peter Bisbee. “With over 40 lawsuits against the Biden Administration and several critical victories, Republican attorneys general have, more than any other collective group, done more to hold the Biden Administration accountable as it attempts to implement its radical agenda.”

There are currently 26 Republican attorneys general nationally and multiple pickup opportunities in 2021 and 2022. RAGA is the only national organization whose mission is electing Republicans to the Office of Attorney General.
