Voters throughout Utah re-elected conservative champion Sean Reyes to hold the position of state attorney general. Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) Chairman Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry released the following statement congratulating Attorney General Sean Reyes on his victory.
“It comes as no surprise that Utah Republicans voted again to re-elect Attorney General Sean Reyes. Attorney General Reyes has a strong record of cracking down on child predators, combatting human trafficking, and defending the rule of law. He has demonstrated time and time again his commitment to protecting the constitution and making Utah the safest and most prosperous place possible to live, work, and raise a family and I look forward to serving alongside him for another four years.”
RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper echoed Chairman Landry’s remarks.
“Attorney General Sean Reyes is a fierce defender of the rule of law and a champion for keeping Utah a safe and prosperous state. Sean will continue to work hard on behalf of all Utahns to fight to protect constitutional freedoms, dismantle drug trafficking operations, and crack down on human trafficking.”
