ATLANTA, GA — The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) and Governor Brian Kemp today announced a major effort to elect Brian Strickland as Georgia’s next Attorney General and keep the office in Republican hands.
As part of the effort, RAGA is making an initial $1 million investment in Governor Kemp’s Georgians First Leadership Committee, with significantly more support expected between now and Election Day.
The effort brings together RAGA’s national resources and experience winning Attorney General races with Governor Kemp’s proven record of winning races across Georgia. Through RAGA’s support, Georgians First will have the added resources for its effort to elect Brian Strickland as Georgia’s next Attorney General.
“Governor Kemp knows what it takes to win in Georgia, and RAGA appreciates his leadership in mobilizing Georgians First in support of Brian Strickland,” said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper. “The combination of Governor Kemp’s organization in Georgia and RAGA’s national resources puts us in position to win this race regardless of political winds. Our initial $1 million commitment is just the beginning.”

RAGA has identified Georgia as one of the nation’s most important Attorney General battlegrounds in 2026 and expects to make significant additional investments in the state through Election Day.
