WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) today showcased an ad from its affiliated group Safer Kansas Fund, committed to electing conservative attorneys general and a safer Kansas.
“The choice for Kansas is clear: Kris Kobach has spent four years making Kansas safer, while Chris Mann is relying on the same tired pro-criminal Democrat playbook,” said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper. “Kris Kobach has delivered the lowest crime rate in 57 years, a huge drop in fentanyl deaths, and scored more than 20 courtroom victories against the Biden Administration. Kansans deserve a crime fighter who gets results, not another liberal soft-on-crime retread- Kris Kobach is the only choice who will keep Kansas safe.”

Kris Kobach has delivered results for Kansas families, and his record stands in stark contrast to Chris Mann’s failed liberal agenda. Kobach launched a fentanyl task force, strengthened penalties for fentanyl crimes, and helped drive down fentanyl deaths across the state. He has repeatedly taken on the Biden Administration in court, fighting to protect girls’ sports, defend Kansas taxpayers, and uphold the rule of law. And the law enforcement community has taken notice: 51 Kansas sheriffs have endorsed Kobach’s reelection, praising his proven law-and-order leadership and partnership with law enforcement.
Chris Mann offers Kansans no comparable record of results and would take the Attorney General’s Office back to the soft-on-crime policies of the Left. While serving on the Kansas Sentencing Commission, Mann missed 57% of its meetings, including critical opportunities to strengthen penalties for drug crimes. When Mann did show up, he voted to put drug traffickers back on the streets. The choice for Kansans is clear: re-elect a proven fighter who has delivered results, stood with law enforcement, and kept Kansas families safe, or hand the office to Chris Mann and the failed soft-on-crime agenda he represents.
This ad comes from RAGA’s nearly $7 million political spend across 13 states in August, launching an aggressive early offensive barrage to defend Republican attorneys general and flip Democrat-held offices across the country.
The initial spend is phase one of RAGA’s fall campaign and began immediately with a mix of digital and television advertising.
The spend supports Republican AGs in Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and AG nominees in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Wisconsin.
