WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) today showcased an ad from its affiliated group, Safer Texas Fund, committed to electing conservative attorneys general and a safer Texas.
“This is one of the most consequential Attorney General contests in the country,” said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper. “As a husband, father, and job creator, Mayes Middleton understands the importance of ensuring Texas is the safest and best place to live, work, and raise a family for future generations. The Texas Attorney General’s office is America’s armory of legal talent, and Mayes Middleton is the right leader to fight for Texas families and their freedoms locally and nationally.”
During his time in the Texas Legislature, Mayes Middleton has established a strong conservative record of standing up for Texas families and defending the state’s interests. He has fought to strengthen border security and ensure Texas has the tools necessary to secure its communities. Middleton has also consistently backed law enforcement and the men and women who put their lives on the line to protect Texans, recognizing that public safety starts with supporting those on the front lines. His record reflects a willingness to take on tough fights, defend conservative principles, and put Texas families’ interests first.
This ad comes from RAGA’s nearly $7 million political spend across 13 states in August, launching an aggressive early offensive barrage to defend Republican attorneys general and flip Democrat-held offices across the country.
The initial spend is phase one of RAGA’s fall campaign and began immediately with a mix of digital and television advertising.
The spend supports Republican AGs in Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and AG nominees in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Wisconsin.
