WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) today showcased a new ad from its affiliated group, Safer Nevada Fund, committed to electing conservative attorneys general and a safer Nevada.

“We have a great candidate in Nevada and another pickup opportunity with Adriana Guzmán Fralick,” said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper. “She’s a bilingual Hispanic mom and former prosecutor who understands why it’s so important to keep Nevada safe. She’s running against a soft-on-crime politician, State Senator Nicole Cannizzaro. Crime is one of the top issues in Nevada, with 30% of voters saying it’s their top issue. And when you look at the difference between Adriana Guzmán Fralick and Nicole Cannizzaro on crime, the advantage clearly favors Adriana.”

Nicole Cannizzaro has spent years advancing policies that have made Nevada softer on crime. As Senate Majority Leader, she supported measures that changed criminal penalties and has faced criticism over her public-safety record. She also backed a $26 million allocation to a client of her husband’s lobbying firm and supported legislation that would have increased legislators’ salaries. Nevada voters deserve an Attorney General who will put public safety first, not a career politician with a record like Cannizzaro’s.

Adriana Guzmán Fralick is a mom, former Chief Deputy District Attorney for Carson City, and member of the Governor’s Crime Commission who has spent her career in the justice system. As a former prosecutor, she brings firsthand experience to the race and is running to make public safety the top priority of the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, with a focus on protecting victims, families, and communities.
